Owner & Founder, Entomologist
Frank Illnick is the founder and owner of PermaKill Exterminating, which he started in 1987 with a mission to deliver effective, reliable pest management services grounded in integrity and professionalism. With nearly five decades of experience in the industry, Frank is passionate about protecting public health, property, and the environment through science-based solutions and exceptional service.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Entomology from the University of Georgia and an Associate of Science in Pest Control Technology from the State University of New York. Frank is an active member of the New Jersey Pest Management Association (NJPMA) and the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), and he currently serves on the NJPMA Board as Chair of the Membership Committee.
Frank believes in the golden rule: treat customers the way you would want to be treated. This principle has guided PermaKill’s customer-focused approach for over 35 years. When he’s not working, Frank enjoys grilling steaks and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
JONATHAN SWOMLEY

Jonathan is the son-in-law of owner Frank and joined the PermaKill family in 2016 just before marrying Frank’s daughter, Victoria. He is a licensed NJ pest control technician with credentials in Core, General Household, Wood Destroying Organisms, and Schools IPM. Jonathan also represents PermaKill in NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program, a 2 year-long initiative designed to develop future leaders in the pest management industry through mentoring, networking, and industry engagement.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, roasting coffee, target shooting, and working with his hands. He is passionate about team development, streamlining operations, and helping PermaKill grow through innovation and strong service.

Cindy has been PermaKill’s Office Manager since 2014, but her connection to the company goes back even further — her husband Dave was PermaKill’s lead technician for over 20 years. With over a decade at the helm of daily office operations, Cindy’s organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the business keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Based in South Carolina, Cindy now works remotely full-time thanks to the technological advancements PermaKill has embraced over the past several years. She’s proud to be part of a company that values both tradition and innovation.
When she’s not working, Cindy loves relaxing by the pool, playing with her puppy Willie, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

John DiPalma has been a valued member of the PermaKill family for over a decade and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the pest management industry. He is a Licensed New Jersey Pest Control Applicator, holding certifications in Core, General Household Pest Control (7A), Wood Destroying Organisms (7B), and Integrated Pest Management in Schools (13). John is also a New Jersey Credentialed Wood Destroying Insect Inspector, making him a trusted expert for termite inspections and structural pest concerns.
John is known for his professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to keeping homes and businesses protected year-round. He also has a genuine love for animals—whether it’s dogs, cats, or other pets—and brings that same care and respect to every home he visits.
When he’s not working, John enjoys spending time with his daughter, family, and girlfriend. He also enjoys walking dogs, being outdoors, and skateboarding when time allows.
DAN JIMENEZ

Dan is a Licensed New Jersey Pest Control Applicator who’s entering his fourth season with PermaKill. He holds certifications in Core, General Household Pest Control (7A), Wood Destroying Organisms (7B), and Integrated Pest Management in Schools (13A). With a no-nonsense approach to customer service and a commitment to getting the job done right, Dan has quickly become a customer favorite.
Whether he’s solving a pest issue or educating homeowners on prevention, Dan brings a calm, knowledgeable presence to every service visit.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys cooking with his family, playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, and making music in his free time.

Johnny is a Licensed New Jersey Pest Control Applicator certified in Core and General Household Pest Control (7A). Now entering his third season with PermaKill, Johnny has quickly become a valued part of our team thanks to his strong work ethic, curiosity, and dedication to solving pest issues for our customers.
He’s eager to learn, always looking for opportunities to grow his skills in the field, and takes pride in doing an exceptional job for every customer he serves.
Outside of work, Johnny enjoys spending time with his close-knit family, working on his car, going on outdoor adventures with friends, and taking long walks with his puppy—because, as Johnny says, “a tired dog is a happy dog!”

Gabby is one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call our office. She takes pride in helping customers get the support and service they need with professionalism and care. With a strong attention to detail and a calm, approachable demeanor, Gabby helps keep our daily operations running smoothly while making every customer feel like part of the family.
When she’s not at work, Gabby enjoys cooking new recipes, hiking with her pitbull, and doing arts and crafts with her niece. She also loves trying out new restaurants with her boyfriend and spending time outdoors with her family.
