Jonathan Swomley
Operations Manager/Pest Control Technician
Son-in-law of the owner, Jonathan joined the PermaKill family just before marrying Frank's daughter Victoria. Jonathan is a licensed NJ Pest Control Applicator with licenses in Core, General Household (7A), Wood Destroying Organisms (7B), and IPM in Schools (13). Jonathan is also a New Jersey Wood Destroying Insect Credentialed Inspector. When not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, (soon-to-be-born son) roasting coffee, target shooting, and working with his hands.
Cindy Carpenter
Office Manager
Cindy was part of the PermaKill family long before she started running our office 10 years ago, as her husband Dave was our lead technician for over 20 years. Cindy's great organizational skills and attention to detail keep Frank and Jonathan on their toes. Cindy is grateful for the technological advances PermaKill has made in the past five years as it allows her to work from home full-time in South Carolina.
When not working, Cindy enjoys hanging out by the pool, playing with her puppy Willie, and spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren.
Arthur Clauser
Pest Control Technician
Arthur is a Licensed NJ Pest Control Operator who is going on his third season with us. His hobbies include spending time with his son, hiking at parks, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Art also enjoys music, playing corn hole, hiking in the woods, nature, and eating good food.
John Di Palma
Senior Pest Control Technician
John has been part of the PermaKill family for 10 years and serving the pest management industry for 14 years. John is a Licensed NJ Pest Control Applicator with licenses in Core, General Household(7A), Wood Destroying Organisms(13), and IPM in schools(13). John is also a New Jersey Wood Destroying Insect Credentialed Inspector. When not working, John enjoys spending time with his daughter, family, girlfriend, and skateboarding.
Frank Illnick
Our owner, Frank Illnick, is an Entomologist who has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entomology from the University of Georgia and an Associate of Science Degree in Pest Control Technology from the State University of New York. PermaKill is a member of the National Pest Management Association and the New Jersey Pest Management Association. Frank currently serves on the Board of NJPMA and is on the Strategic Planning and Membership Committees.
Jonathan Luna

Johnny is a Licensed NJ Pest Control Operator for PermaKill and is going on his second season with us. When not working, Johnny enjoys spending time with his tight-knit family, working on his car, outdoor adventures with his friends, and long walks with his puppy. (everyone knows that a tired dog is a happy dog)!
