One-time services are for customers who only want a specific pest treated and don’t want to sign up for the home protection plan; for example, a bees nest in a bush, crickets in the basement, or a mouse in the kitchen.

One-time service warranties vary by the type of pest, level of infestation, and structural conditions.  One-time services may be applied to a home protection plan within 30 days of the initial service date.
