Home Protection Plan
Year-Round Pest Protection
Our home protection plan gives you protection against a wide variety of pests. After an inspection we will treat your home three times a year: spring, summer and fall, as well as any time during the year that pests appear.
Protection from : Bees, Carpenter Bees, Wasps, & Yellowjackets, Carpenter Ants, Centipedes, Crickets, Cockroaches, Ground Beetles, Mice & Rats, Pantry Pests, Pavement Ants, Spiders & More.
Seasonal Yard Protection
Don’t let mosquitoes, gnats and ticks become a problem in your yard or property. We will treat all of the breeding grounds to break the lifecycle and prevent these pests from multiplying. Our services begin in April and continue thru October to give you a pest free environment during the time you like to enjoy the outdoors.
Due to environmental conditions, this service is a seasonal package with regularly scheduled treatment. One-time service may be requested but is not warrantied.
Winter Rodent
Rodent Care September - March
We will get rid of any rodent problems, address minor entry points, point out major exclusion problems and treat with traps and bait from September 1 thru March 31, which is the high rodent season. Get rid of mice, rats, and squirrels; call us today to find out more.
Winter rodent service warranties are through 3/31 or for 90 days whichever is longer. Pricing may vary by the type of pest, level of infestation, and structural conditions. Rodent services may be applied to a home protection plan within 30 days of the initial service date.
Stinging Insect Plan
Summer Stinging Insect Plan
PermaKill will inspect, eliminate and treat your property for stinging insects like wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, etc. We will also remove nests when they are accessible. Treatments are April thru December. Call us today for stinging insect protection.
Whole house bee warranty is through 12/31 of the current calendar year. Pricing may vary by the type of pest, level of infestation, and structured conditions. WHB services may be applied to a home protection plan within 30 days of the initial service date.
Deer Prevention
Deer Control and Prevention
The goal of our deer prevention plan from PermaKill is to prevent deer from damaging your plants and shrubs. The treatment consists of applying a product that leaves a bad taste and prevents deer from eating them. Call today to determine your level of deer pressure and recommended treatment plan.
Deer prevention services are not warrantied due to many factors including weather and deer migration patterns. Pricing may vary based on the quantity and types of shrubbery, level of deer pressure, and terrain conditions. One-time deer prevention services may be requested.

Single Pest Service Options
One Time Pest Treatment
One-time services or 90-day agreement services are for customers who only want a specific pest treated and don’t want to sign up for the home protection plan; for example, a bees nest in a bush, crickets in the basement, a mouse in the kitchen, or just an outside power spraying for general pest prevention.
A one-time service does not have a warranty while 90 day agreements do. Pricing can vary by the type of pest, level of infestation, and structural conditions. One-time or 90-day agreement services may be applied to a home protection plan within 30 days of the initial service date.
